Help Send Montana to Breckenridge
Montana “The Loose Hamster” Miller has been making pghracing headlines this year for dominating singlespeed mountain biking events, even winning an overall at the WVMBA Tour de Lake. The youngster, who currently rides for Speedgoat, is currently competing for one of four Breck Epic Blogger Grants (read his contest entry). The bloggers in the top 4 of votes get free entry into the Breck Epic, described as
a 6-day ultra-endurance mountain bike stage race held in the sprawling backcountry surrounding the Victorian mining town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Athletes will contest 6 stages spending 4-8 hours on course each day, most of it over 10,000 feet.
If (when) he is selected, he will be required to write blog entries on the race website during the months leading up to the race and each day during the race. So after you go vote for him, go check out out his blog at knobbymeats.blogspot.com and get a taste of what’s to come.
