Turner Johnson (PSU Hershey cancer center) rode in the 5 day Giro Di Jersey.
PDF results of him getting 22nd on GC. The whole event came down to the the time trial, where he got 22nd.

Lumberjack 100
The Lumberjack 100 was this weekend. It is the 3rd stop on the National Ultra Endurance Series.

- Gerry Pflug (spk/speedgoat) 1st place Single Speed 5th overall.
- Betsy Shogren (Cannondale) 1st place Women
- Gunnar Shogren (Cannondale) managed to hold his wife off by 10 minutes or so for 5th singlespeed.
- Rob Lochner solid 9th place singlespeed
- Brad Schmalzer (bikeman/twin six) 15th men.
- And Jason Mahokey talks about an epic bonk

The Presque Isle TT (PDF!) was also Sunday. Lots of locals in the results, two in the top 10. Joe Vallesse confirmed that he is very fast.

2 Joe Vallesse Sewickley Cycling 28.2mph
6 Steve Marlette AG3R 27.0mph

Lastly the Appalachian Classic WVMBA results have been posted.
Tim Carson (probikes) took 2nd overall.
Scotty Root (Dirty Harrys) took 6th overall, first master.

Apparently he did not buy this kit at Colorado Cyclist.
