Bike Racing 101 Clinic

On Saturday, 20 June 2009, the Allegheny Cycling Association, JBV Coaching, Morningside Velo, and Iron City Bikes will hold an introduction to bike racing clinic at the Washington Boulevard Oval.
Are you interested in bicycle racing but a bit too nervous to come out and race? Do you know someone that’s interested? This is the perfect introduction. The clinic will be run by Chris Mayhew and Stephen Cummings, and will include lectures on racing and riding drills on the track.

Registration begins at 10:00 AM
Clinic begins at 10:30 AM and will last roughly 90 minutes
Cost (Note lower prices!):
$5 for current USAC license holders
$10 for everyone else (includes a one day USAC license)

Helmets are required. Bikes should be in good working condition. Fixed gear bicycles are prohibited.
