Weekend Recap
Lots of racing this weekend.

In the hunt for upgrade points, Iron City’s Steve K and Steel City’s Jason Mills went to the Tour de syracuse. Mills took the Cat 4 road race, and Steve finished 4th in the Cat 3 road race.

-Lots of speed at Quip this weekend. Some ohio folk came over and battled the headwinds.

-Bike Jam / Kelly Cup saw Cat Racing, IRMC, and PSUHCCGPOA .
15 Brian Hoffman Pgh Elite Velo/CAT Racing in the Cat 2 race.
4 Whitney Severino Penn State Hershey Cancer Insti in the women’s 3 race

Jared Babik and Jake Lifson both got some props on the cyclingnews.com coverage and both finished the Pro/1 NRC race.

In the woods:

- wvmba has posted Tour De Lake Results with a few familiar names.

- Pittsburgh saw podium action at OMBC The Wilds race outside of Zanesville.
Gerry Pflug took the win on his 9 pound single speed in the Single Speed category.
Ed Krall took the win in the Sport Veteran class.
Pro Bikes’ Tim Carson took 3rd in the Pro/Expert.
Steevo Cummings took 2nd Pro/Expert.
